.... That's right, I put an add on a free adverts website (also released as a paper twice a week), and 6 days later I get a call asking if the bike had been sold yet, I said no and they came to see it last night.

They seemed very interested and offered the full asking price (£950), but could they pay £700 deposit today. They sent me a message saying they had the full amount and could they come and collect the bike.

So now I have a heavy pocket, but still wondering if I done the right thing.... Now there's an intruder shaped space in the garage that I'll probably never be able to fill again.

*sigh*

Why sell your 125cc Suzuki Intruder to buy a worse condition 125cc Suzuki Intruder?

You've got the money, pass your test! (If you haven't already!) Laughing!

I failed my test yesterday thanks Paulington, who said anything about me buying a worse off Intruder? I was asking hahadumball if the someone they knew had the remains of the old starter motor because I have the old one that came off my intruder... if they wanted it they could have it for the price of postage and if they could salvage anything out of both to get a working starter then they would just need to supply a tub load of elbow grease to tidy their intruder up.
