From that link the cheaper one is old stock from around 2007 whereas the other is from 2009+. Essentially they'd be the same I'd have thought, maybe slightly different extras if there are any.

As far as I know the only difference is the covers, yes.

However, I'd recommend you wait a few months and buy the full box set including DH2 when that is released, it will probably cost around £55 on Blu-Ray for all eight films.

Or you can order this one which is Blu-Ray and has the first seven films (lacking DH2) and is £35, which is a fantastic price.

I am ordering some replica wands from the HP films and have all the first edition and first print books, you should listen to me! Laughing!

not really bothered about a box set, would prefer 8 proper case tbh rather than a box set with slim cases.

i will however buy a 7a/b set

I would recommend you buy it the cheapest way you can - 2nd hand on DVD or something. Then take the disc out of the case, bin the case and coat the DVD in a thin layer of silicone sealant. Then bin the disc as well. Then slap yourself about the face for watching this crap, go out and buy something decent (like Ghostbusters, Groundhog Day or anything by the Coen Brothers. Maybe even something by Tarantino, but definitely nothing with "George Lucas's name bolted on to it") and watch that instead.
