Hi there cant get the KH to spark, has a brand new battery and a new plug.

Have already replaced the stator as the wires for the old one where nackered, tried a different coil aswell with no improvement.

The bike dosent have a CDI so im presuming its a self igniting magneto setup?

I cant check the stator etc for power as I cant find a manual anywhere to give me the correct figures, anyone got any ideas to try?

Really stuck guys any help would be much appreciated Smile

Mike

The manual i use is for the 1977-1987 KC, KE & KH100 models, which are pretty much the same bike apart from the 25ccs and sorry for the delay, i did try with my phone camera but they weren't brilliant so had to wait for the batteries to charge for my fujifilm.
edit pics are uploading.

Album: https://photobucket.com/KHmanual all the photos are 3844x2616 so you can zoom in on them all but if you have any problems reading any let me know.(or if theres anything else you need.)
