I'm going to look at a bike tomorrow and was wondering what the best hpi checker was for motorcycles i know there was one ive used in the past for cars that you just text from your phone then receive a text shortly after with the results, will this work for bikes also or do i need a bike version? also the bike has a private plate will/could this cause any confusing with the hpi check? cheers.

No, the private plate shouldn't cause any problems. you can get a basic check from my text check (83600 - costs £3) that will tell you if its been written off, stolen and if its had a colour change. for more in depth try HPI
