hey guys, i know its really chavy but i have an aerox and want to do some old fasioned tuning instead of just doing what my mates do and sticking bolt on parts on. so basically i want to get a few tips of experianced people so that my moped will at least match my mates aerox that has sports exhaust. My ped is standard but has been fully de-restricted by a shop. it goes 50, which i think is fast for 50cc but around here aerox's are the prefered choice and one goes 60, and so i know its possible to got that fast without seizing. Anyway, i have had exhaust off and used a dremel to gring away abit (where the exhaust meets the cilinder) thus making it abit wider, this gave me about an extra 2mph. I understand porting but i just dont fancy going at the cilinder with a dremel on my brand new aerox. i did upjet the ped but it didnt go any faster (my theory that the exhaust was holding the fumes back) so i took the jet back out as it was using more fuel. any tips will be well appreciated and yes i know i should get a proper bike and stop being a chav but i am only 16, however i do have a rm125 so i am not a total chav Laughing
