Having a problem with my visor misting up - there is a pinlock in it, the guy in the shop fitted it for me when I bought the helmet. It's not supposed to mist up is it?

Nope.

It might be because the seal (the raised bit running nearly around the edge of the inner pinlock visor) isn't quite attached to the outer visor...

If it's misting it's not seated properly. The eccentric pins which hold it in can be rotated to make sure the visor and pinlock seat correctly.
