Yamaha TRX850 for sale in the North East

1996 Yamaha TRX850
Approx. 18,000miles (bike clocks read in KM/h as early models do - the bike is a UK spec bike and not an import)

All original except:
Dark tinted windscreen
Fender Extender
Rear braided line
Paddock Bobbins (Rear)
K and N air filter
Datatag

Tax until 30/11/2011
MOT until June 2012

Bike is in good overall condition for its age, with age related marks. except it has had the front fairing resprayed in blue metallic as i dropped the bike and had to repair the fairing - thus being the reason its going dirt cheap.
I think its a reasonable job, but its not the best - but from a small distance it does look good even if the colours dont quite match.

Mechanically speaking ive done the LOT:
New tapered head bearings for MOT
Brand new Maxxis tyres with less than <500miles.
All valve clearances checked and adjusted.
Fresh service with new oil and filter
Air filter cleaned (K and N)
All bearings checked and greased
Carbs rebuilt recently with spares from another set of carbs which were in excellent condition.
Fuel Tap rebuilt with new seals and modified to be gravity fed rather than vacuum.
Brakes all been cleaned and reassembled.
Etc etc

I really have had everything off this bike at some point to check over.

Due to the amount of work ive put into this bike and the amount of money (in excess of £1400 including original purchase) im asking £1000 as its mechanically perfect and to be 100% would only need the front fairing respraying professionally.

Viewing is welcome with prior arrangement but unfortunately i dont allow test rides having had a bad experience. i do however have a good sized drive to test ride the bike on if neccesary.
