cost for changing Headlight?

Hi´
What is the general cost for changing a headlight on a BMW 1000.
The reason that I would like to know is that my dad planning to buy such a bike in UK and drive it where he lives.
Since he is not living in UK, and drive on the right side of the road, some people say that the headlight must be changed.

If someone have the roughly prices, or prices to another motorcyle I would be more than happy to know about this.

Most people just stick some tape over the headlight to stop the beam going to the right. A new or 2nd hand UK spec headlight might set you back a heafty chunk of money then paying someone to change it will vary again.

What is the exact bike? (BMW S1000RR ????)

If so I can't find any headlights on ebay, so you would have to go to a dealer to get the cost.

For the labour cost, I've no idea how much it would cost.

Personally I would do it myself, my ER6 takes about 10 mins to take off, my Z750S took me an hour. Either way less than a £100 from a dealer I would guess for the labour.

Motorcycle headlights are not the same as cars. Most modern bikes have what they call a flat headlight beam, meaning it will work in pretty much most of Europe without modification.
