when im riding the bike i open it up and through the power band its tends to bog now i know its not the jets or the air filter becuase there now sparkling but this leads me to think that the bike isnt getting enough fule at higher rpm because it pulls like a train up to about 60mph and then starts to bog any ideas because im stumped |

I am guessing your at sea level, I would take the carb apart and give it a good clean. You know those things don't run very long so your top end speed bogging could be an indication that it needs a top end rebuild.
Does the top end sound rattly?
Anyway here goes!
