Got me and 03 er5.
old keeper has declared it sorn, this corresponds with dvla records on it.
On the bike there is a tax disc until middle of 2012.
can i un sorn it and use the existing tax disc or do i have to re-tax it.

If a bike is declared sorn before the tax runs out the tax disc has to be sent to the DVLA.

Might want to check if it is actually SORN.

thanks rob i was hoping id get the tax but i guess he just didnt send it back. will tax it tomorrow.
