1996 CBR600f

Selling my CBR600f.

Tis a '96, with 7k miles. good condition, marks here and there as you'd expect but nothing serious. It's also taxed till march

It's needing a bit of work at the mo, needs a good service as it's misfiring, i suspect new plugs will sort that, or the RHS coil needs looked at.

It's recently failed it's MOT on simple things:

Exhaust is majorly illegal (it's a laser stubby, but i've now got a baffle to fit to it so shouldn't be a problem.)

Indicators are flashing too fast (think it's because they're cheap chinese ones)

Missing offside pillion footpeg

No reflector on the back

Headlight beam is off to the right... doesn't seem like the original headlight, but easily sorted anyway.

So apart from that, it's a great bike to ride. great economy and can fairly shift.

It's got 4 keys (2 for the fuel tank, 2 for the ignition) and an alarm with 2 fobs for it. Haven't bothered wiring up the immobiliser but it's as easy as joining up 1 wire for it. have the instruction manual for the alarm.

I've got a lot of MOTs to confirm the milage and the V5.

Give me an offer.

I'd do the work myself, but with my hip getting worse every day, it's getting hard to get on my knees and sort it, and it's not as comfortable to ride for me anymore, so i need something more upright

Ideally i'm wanting a GPZ500s or similar, something cheap, small and easy to work on.
