I have taken my forks from there mounts, and inside I have found 2 dead bearings from the stem / headset area... After ordering the code that was on them I have found them to be incorrect size. I have had a set of digitals on the old ones and have come up with the dimensions 25 x 45 x 10 but can only find oil seals in them dimensions... help any one and yes I have tried google and flea bay .

Google/ebay a set of NSR125 headstock bearings, or just go to any online bike parts supplier. You won't need the measurements, just the make and model. David Silver spares or wemoto may cost slightly more (in the region of £2-£50 more) but are generally decent quality parts that will fit.

Alternatively, what I do, go to simplybearings.co.uk with the measurements and find a set of taper roller bearings in those measurements.

Remember to replace the bearing and the shell. Removing the old shells can be a pain in the arse, but search this forum for some removal and installation tips.

Thank you for your response, but it is for my English designed megelli supermoto ... stay away from these because all the parts are hard to find and when you do find them they are not in the same price range you have in your head. any more help would be apreciated

Try these guys.

https://www.blue-diamond.co.uk/

They do a massive standard range (and I'd be surprised if yours don't qualify as standard) but they do bespoke sets too if you're stuck.
