Following this thread in the workshop about contacting Michelin about a line on my PR2s in the workshop, a note, a key fob and a handful of stickers arrived unexpectedly this morning from them:

Thought it was a nice gesture and just wanted to share.

Thanks, Michelin! Thumbs UpVery Happy

Small gestures like that cost next to nothing and send out a great message to customers. Nice.

+1

Makes a very nice change to see a company taking the time to respond, and with a decent answer and send a few bits out to you.

Genuinely cool story, bro. Fair play to Michelin, that's some proper support they've got going there.

"You have a problem with your tyre? Please advertise us to your friends!"

Bit cheeky if you ask me, but better than the customer service black hole things drop in to in most companies...

There wasn't a problem though, it's a carbon strip found in all tyres

If you follow the link, they also provided a detailed explanation of the (non) issue, which is what really impressed me. Brilliant stuff.
