How does this light fit together?

Because i just dont know how the wire on the right hand side is supposed to attach to the screw?
Took it off and cant remember how it went, been trying for an hour and want to get out and ride today.

It doesn't attach to the screw. just bend it so it goes underneath the metal bracket.

I wouldn't thing anything attaches to the screw, you have three individual spade connectors by the look of it.
The earth just connects through the bulb mounting so you are only connecting to the 'live' side.
edit - ah, thought you were trying to connect electrics to it...

I give up, the wire is all warped now from all the different ways i bent it to try and make it fit, better just bodge it up somehow

Hi, yea i put it back together, isnt exactly how it was but with such a ridiculous method of holding a light in place anyway, im not fussed. Just bent the wire so its something like the correct way lol.

Hinc wouldnt let me ride without full details, but ive paid upfront and starting next Monday. They owe me a fiver as i only had 130 in notes haha

A simple tip......take pictures of something before you take it apart....& at every stage take another picture etc...then you'll know how to put it back together Thumbs Up

By he time i got to put the pup back together id forgotten where bits went Rolling Eyes

A lot of it was try and error when it came to the bolts

Would you mind asking tef how soon i should check the spark plug colour since doing the valves?
Had to switch to reserve again yesterday, i worked out i averaged 66mpg, which isnt all that good, maybe im riding it too hard?
