You have to stay in shape. My mother started walking five miles a day when she was 60. She’s 97 now and we have no idea where she is.

Glad your finding prison life ok. Its great the way you get a week off every month.... Ive not seen my family for 3 months yet HM thinks its ok not to allow me to take leave and Im not even in prison. Instead Im training to go to a country where water is a luxary item, to fight and risk my life while little nobs like you break the law and get a easy time. You knock me sick the way you can seem pleased with how your life has turned out and its even worse that you consider prison as a rest. This country is a failure Shocked
