I once swapped a cosmetically fucked RGV250 with a KR1S front end up it badly needing a rebore for an NC30 that needed new brake discs and reg / rec. So i went from an unreliable bike needing money spending on it to an ultra reliable bike needing only a little money spending.

You'd be swapping a year old bike for an 8 year old. I have little expirence in anything triumph. The swap would get you a bigger faster bike, but possibly a more high mileage less good all rounder. If you really want a 955 then go for it. If you don't know what you want then the CBR might be perfect for you...

Tests show that 50% of people who bike swap get a good deal.

Nope. Swapped the Hornet for 24 hours with the son-in-laws Ninja. I dropped it. It's not good...
