Its worth less than you want for it and as much as someone wants to pay for it.

Depends what you mean by "OK".

A '95 ST1100 with 79k on the clock in good nick went for £2,200 :-
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/HONDA-ST1100-PAN-EUROPEAN-MOTORCYCLE-TOURER-/280734608897?pt=UK_Motorcycles&hash=item415d162e01

'90 ST1100 with 72k, £940 :-
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1990-HONDA-ST1100-L-RED-tax-and-test-/270803620199?pt=UK_Motorcycles&hash=item3f0d275167

Looking at completed items, they seem to average £1500.

i only paid £400 for mine, 80k, ex police bike with more service history than i've ever seen, literally every single part and service it's ever had since new.

i guess that was just one of lifes flukes though. If i were to sell it i would probably put it up for £1500

funnily enough, im thinking of doing the same so i can fund a vmax. mine is a 1993 with 48k on the clock, very good condition, tax and mot, 1k old tyres and break pads. ive just put it up on here https://www.bikersoracle.com/paneuropean/forum/showthread.php?t=3898 asking what its worth as i have no idea! ive seen older bikes in worse condition with over double the mileage go for around £2k+, but then ive seen others go for much closer to £1k.

Paid £900 for a 1999 model with 78k on it a few months ago

Paid £1200 for a 1998 model with 38k on it that turns out to be in worse condition than the higher mileage one.

Selling the 98 for £800 if anyone wants one to fix up. T&T ready to ride away.
