a few zx6 g2 problems please help :(

Hi guys I've need some help, I've got a zx6 g2 model (just incase its a known problem) and firstly when i rev it the first 1-2k it bogs out really bad before eventually picking up the revs, and also I've got a rattle coming from my exhaust but its not coming from the can so I'm guessing its not baffels can anyone help me solve these problems as i just got i ready to go back on road and i want it running lovely again cheers peeps

Rough running at low revs sounds like the carbs, the first thing to try is getting them balanced as they do go out of sync over time and start causing weirdness.
Has the bike been stood for a while?
If so it could be the carbs again, bunged up with gunge from old stale fuel. It's possible that could cause strange noises too if the bikes running lean and pinking (otherwise known as Detonation/pre-ignition and some other things) whatever you want to call it, Pinking is bad...
