ybr number plate fittings

I have just put a new rear mudguard on as the previous was missing so i dont know if there was a rubber mount for it because the number plate dose not want to sit flush.
I have a manual but i cant seam to find any info
Any help with this would be really great Brick Wall Thinking Thumbs Up
