Hi can anyone please advise me as to why my vfr 400 won't start. It was running fine until I tried to start it the one morning and it would not start. Its turning but won't take. Its sounds like its got a flat spot. And the spark is weak. Thanks in advance,

A friend of mine had the same problem with the VFR 400, after putting new plugs in checking the jets in the carbs and so on he found it was a problem with his CDI,

I am no machinic and dont no a massive amount about bikes but this is what was wrong with my friends. Also is the battery fully charged?? Just a thought mate. I am sure the BCF vetrens will be able to offer you a little more advice lol

Best of luck mate Smile

You'd have more luck if you posted in the correct section.
