https://www.angelfire.com/extreme4/kiddofspeed/

An interesting site with pictures and descriptions taken from Chernobyl - looks like an alright place to practice some wheelies at least!

When I was in Cyprus I remember looking over the border between the greek and turkish sides, there's a buffer zone of around one mile between the two sides - spooky looking at all of the houses, exactly how they stood years ago with nothing having moved for years.

Thought some people might like the site anyway!

Very interesting site!

Although I don't think I would like to walk around in Chernobyl!

Interesting site, I wouldn't mind playing with all the dumped military vehicles left there (if it wasn't for the radiation).
You wouldn't belive how much military hardware has just been left there!

Very good site. Makes you think about how small a part of the world that is, but how much of an impact something like that has.

I keep trying to think of something to put, though nothing you can really write can do that sort of thing Justice. It was certainly moving.

I'm off to the Ukraine next year, my friend out there is taking me to see this.

I heard about it before seeing this, but this kind of makes me want to see it, to get a perspective of things.

This is the view not allot of people get (and not many want i'm guessing) you never see this in text books or in science lessons... if i'm ever passing by there i'd love to go have a look, i have this thing for derelict buildings just a weird thing about me...

She's very brave, even with the dosimiter it'd be easy to walk into a 'pocket' of radiation and do yourself serious damage - not to mention that she's using up her yearly does in hours there anyway. Respect Karma

Spooky. Hard to swallow that it used to be a bustling city with 50,000 occupants.
