Kreuzberg is the place to be for good food and cheap booze.

If you fancy some culture and have a bit of time to spare you could visit Potsdam - the place is like a 19th Century time capsule...

Loads of good places to eat.

Go visit the old Stasi headquarters in the old east part. It's now a museum and very interesting.

The 1936 Olympic stadium

Charlottenburg Castle

The East TV Tower - great view from the top and theres a cafe up there too

The museum at checkpoint charlie (very interesting. Displays include the stories and objects and artifacts people used to escape to the west)

just a few for you there. It's a fantastic, interesting city with lots to see.

For those of us who visited during the old communist times, the area around Checkpoint Charlie is now unrecognizable
