V's Bday - G's organising thread

Not entering into any arguments about where we should or shouldn't go ... Just general stuff.

First, to get an idea of floor space, could everyone intending to come jot down a quick reply so I can get an idea of floor space .

If everyone could aim to get to mine by 6pm that'd be good... so that it's me that makes everyone late rather than others . If you can't or won't make it here that early, could ya' mention what sort of time you will be getting here in your reply.

Anyone that hasn't been before or needs instructions sending again, add that to your reply and I'll get a PM off to you.

I'll try and sort out some foody stuff of some description before we go out if anyone's hungry.

As usual, bring sleeping bags etc, while there are various covers, there's unlikely to be enough for everyone... bring airbeds at your own risk, quick-deflate ones are not recommended .
