Q-Plate insurance

I rebuilt my bike last year with a secondhand chassis - as the original one cracked.

This lead to it being given a Q-Plate by the DVLA.

My current insurer kept me insured with theft cover, for no extra cost in the end.

However, my policy is about to expire, so have been looking around for other quotes. Problem is none of the companies I have contacted so far will insure for anything but Third Party Only.

Anybody know any insurers who will cover Q-plated bikes for theft at a reasonable price ?

On a few forums I've seen Footman James recommended every now and again with only good things said about them, you could try giving them a ring or something.

Q Plate anythings are a pain in the arse to insure.
