Reducing Vibration...

Is there a way to reduce vibration in the bars and such?

Rode a skyjet from Nottingham to Leeds last night (fun times), and it was very vibratey, is it possible to get some sort of damping washers on where the engine bolts on? Any other ideas?

I've read it's a CG125-cloned air-cooled engine, and that those are quite vibratey, anyone got any ideas? Ta.

First, check that the engine mounts are all intact and securely done up.

The engine should get smoother and less vibey as it runs in. But in the final analysis it is just a commuter pushrod stuffed under some tarty plastics: if you try to ride to its looks, you'll always be pushing the engine harder than it's designed for.

The handling on it is ok for what it is, when I got back on the GPZ I could feel the "heaviness" but it's a lot more planted.

Will check all the bolts when I get home.

You could fit heavier ber end weights, these will damp out the vibration through the bars.
