Hello all ive just purchased a moped for my gf shes signed all the paper work ect she wont be using it for a while so i take it will have to be sorn off the road

If a vehicle is on the road it has to have the following:

*A valid MOT certificate
*Road Fund Licence Tax
*3rd Party insurance cover

It is legal to keep a vehicle with just valid tax and 3rd party insurance cover.

Because of new SORN (Statutory off road notification) you have to either keep a vehicle insured or SORN it.

No insurance + No SORN = Nasty Fine.
