In practically every thread in there with someone trying to sell a bike, it always gets replies saying "overpriced", "it's a shit bike" and stuff like that. Okay, it might be the biggest heap of shit on the roads and with a price massivly too high, but people still should be able to advertise at that if they want.

I reckon it'd be more constructive and useful if this didn't happen, as you don't walk into a shop and start shouting off about thier bikes being overpriced, and you don't ring around Bike Trader telling people thier bikes are crap and they'll get £3,000 for it. Neutral

Anyone agree/ disagree?

Ok I take it this is a pop at me. To be honest, yeah, you're right. It's just being in the trade it does piss me off a bit, but like you say I don't really have the right to say if it's overpriced or whatever, should be upto the individual what pricetag they put on it. Sorry, won't happen again Smile

Nah, not specifically. For instance, this, this, this and this just for started. Laughing

Just seems to be a bit of a running theme when people advertise a bike. Confused

Old Thread Alert!
