doubt it will happen,
its very difficult to enforce a law like that as each grow is different so the plants never have the same THC levels
are they going to test each plant before it can be sold in the coffee shops
just some more banging the drum to keep the anti drug brigade happy
what really annoys me is the term "Skunk" most of the high THC strains are not Skunk far from it

Indeed.

And that it's like banning vodka because it's stronger than Schnaps.

Yes, it is stronger, but if you use some/more mixer, you get the same effect. While drink loads of Schnaps and you'll get just as/more drunk.
