Last night some worthless piece of shit tried to steal my bike. The police found it round the corner lying next to a bin. The worthless cunt ripped the wiring out of the ignition and like a spacker tried twisting them all together.

So I went and got my bike and it is now waiting for me to repair the ignition switch wiring.

The policemen said that while the bike had been 'recovered' they still needed to file a report.

Do I have to declare this on my insurance? If I don't will it come back to shaft me in the future if I ever need to make a claim?

If it was an accident; yes. But never heard of it being required for a theft where there was no claim.

Thank you.

Sometimes I want to leave booby trapped stuff lying about just so I can take a lifetime of theft rage out on the next fucker who believes they have more rights to a thing that a person paid for.

If I catch someone stealing my stuff can I legally beat them?

Not legally, no. But do it anyway. Deny any knowledge of them even being anywhere near you or your bike. Thumbs Up

If you catch them and beat them, say they tripped over when they ran after they seen you. Try not to scuff your fists too much though, Of course if you'd just happened to be fixing the washing machine and your spanner kept slipping....

Play the game the shitheads do...

Of course while the article is genuine, the bit about the injuries is a complete fabrication by someone. Nice story bro, etc, though.

Yeah dodgy as hell lol and mega unlikely... but it's not impossible and you're Mr Honest and he's Mr Thieving McTodyTwat so you getting in from work and fixing the washing machine so you and your other half can go out to work as perfect little citizens and pay taxes surely makes you more honest Laughing

Still, i'd chuckle like fuck at someone with the balls to give that a go!

Surely this is what insurance is for...it's gonna cost a few quid to rewire it...or is the excess too high?

Ignoring the excess, having both a claim and losing no claims can affect the cost of your insurance for the next 5 years. Doubt it's worth it.
