How about offering a 'dirtying' service where by you take someone's new leathers and fire flies at them, bit of salt and general road much - so the anti-tart tarty ride can look like they actually ride the bike that's sitting in the garage?

I can easily do that if required. Taking care of your leathers will save you money in the long run. I have a friend that buys new leathers every 1 to 2 years, tbh a complete waste of money. Look after it and it will look after you.
