There's a dealer near me who's selling a 55 plate honda cg 125.

I've spoke to him over the phone and he says it has a dent in the tank, but apart from that it's in good condition.

It will have 12 months mot and tax.

He's asking for £850.

I'm going to look at it next week, but I'm just wondering, is this a good price for the bike?

not a bad price, you pay over the odds for a 125 because learners have to have them,
keep your eyes open on ebay/gumtree and see what they are selling for on there,
also just because he is asking 850 doesnt mean you have to pay him 850,
try and talk him down a bit or try and get a helmet or gloves from him

good luck

850 seems the average asking price for these bikes.
As said gumtree and egay.
Haggle.
