i got three points for overtaking on zig zag lines, when i pass my test do they get taken off?

Hi

Yes you will get done for overtaking the front vehicle on zig zag lines. The points do not come off your licence when you pass your test.

Especially if the lights are on red and there are zig-zag lines. I suppose it all comes down to using your eyes and common sense at the time to assess whether its safe and or legal to do it.
