Sorry for the double post, but I'm not sure how many views this would get in the Racing & Trackdays section, but I saw this this morning and it's on Youtube already (don't know for how long until Dorna spit their dummy out), but this is from the Moto2 free practice this morning. Don't think I've ever seen a bigger highside...

Doesn't look like his head would have been that hurt, its his pelvis/legs that took the brunt if the crash.

Anyone remember when haga had a massive highside and landed on his head? He was measured to be 2cm after the crash Laughing

Or his suit is made of rubber. That was bizarre, I've never seen an actual rebound like that from a road.

The best highside I ever witnessed was at a trackday at Cadwell - one of the instructors managed to highside whilst riding down the 20foot long straight from the holding area onto the track.

After the highside, he spent ages walking up and down the bit of tarmac until he located the tiniest of tiny oil spots. This, he triumphantly declared, was the cause of the highside. It certainly wasn't anything to do with him being a bit of a show-off and giving it too many beans on a cold tyre.
