Song help

I wouldn't usually ask, i'm a dab hand at sourcing my own but today at work, i heard the tune of a song come and and liked it.

Couldn't catch the lyrics but the lass I was working with said they sounded like Oasis. I want it, and she asked me what it was, so my question is, what other bands sound like Oasis?

Work usually has Minster FM on, and I've checked Thursdays track listing for the entire day and none match up so they've had another station on but i have no idea what. Checked Capital FM's site for same time and again, nothing.

Want to get this one.. (dont like it when i fail at such things)

I was listening to Zane Lowe's show the other week and he was chatting to a band who I actually thought were Oasis until he said their name... which I have forgotten...

if you have an iphone download shazaam and next time you hear it, start shazaam and hold to speaker.

Soundhound will work even if you sing or hum into it, if you dont hear the song playing.
