Will be booking my mod1 soon and if my car test is anything to go by i suspect i will be a bit nervous.
When i did my car test i took 10 (thats right 10) Kalms tablets, but they did nothing (though i still passed, just)

Apparently Rescue Remedy works though, and for £6 a bottle it might be worth buying if it means passing mod1 and 2.

So has anyone tried it? Reviews? Or better alternatives?

Thanks

Rescue remedy is basically just brandy (seriously, read the bottle) And shit like that only works if you think it does. So now I've said that no it won't

For most people it's normal to have nerves.

I guarantee you they will pretty much leave you when you do the Mod 1.
At least, they should if you have your concentrating head on Wink

If you practice, ask all the stupid questions you like in here and take help when offered, I reckon you'll be OK.

Shit, take the BS in a bottle if you like as well. Thumbs Up

Hurry up and get it done though, yes!

Of course, if you're a gullible primitive, like a Chinee or my wife, then it'll work for you.

Seriously some of you talk a load of rubbish on this forum.

Bachs Rescue Remedy is a very effective way of taking the edge off the nerves, but it won't work without a little self-belief and of course capability. I took it on my fourth Mod 1 as the nerves were getting the better of me. Not sure if it was that or the rain, which distracted me but it worked. And it helped on my Mod 2, I was able to settle the nerves and pass first time.

If you feel nervous, it is worth a try...

Kalms seemed to work for my wife but you need to start taking them for at least a week before, they don't 'suddenly' just work.

as you put it - BS in a bottle!!!

ALL, and I mean ALL homeopathy is fictional gash, which relies on dumb tw@ts with money to burn to keep them in business!

The 'remedies' are so dilute, that they rely on apparent energy for their therapeutic effec - which is a pile of cr@p!

I have no doubt that the placebo effect plays a big part in the percieved effect of these products, but that is it!

I tool them three/four days before my last Mod1 and I felt like they helped a bit, so took them 7/8 days before my Mod2 - Woke up the 2nd day before and felt very very groggy and slow and knew that if that day was my test then I wasnt alert enough at all to have done it!

So I stopped takin them and the last two days.
