I resently brought a RGV250 for a bit fun and to relive my two-stroke sports bikes days (used to own a KR-1S, but RGV,s are far cheaper).

After a few outings on the bike l just cant get along with its small size and crampness as l,m alot bigger than when l was 17, insurane for the year was only a extra £50 so no great loss and its not costing me anything to store it so is worth hanging on to it till the summer when it will fetch a better price?

1990 VJ21K (UK model), 18k on the clocks and have paperwork for a full rebuild including crank/pistions/plating/power valves etc at 15k. plus its been resprayed so looks quite tidy currently has a single seat unit on but l,ve got all the stock parts to refit the standard rear with pillion seat and panels,

Any ideas what its worth around now or next summer?

Strip it down, carefully, clean and wrap all the parts, place in boxes then transfer boxes to loft.
Unpack and rebuild in ten years time, then CASH IN .Wink

Remember kids, bikes aren't like lego. You can't easily take a part from one bike and then fit it to another.
