Bros 400 carb slider not sliding?

My carbs on my bros may be broke but im not sure..
Ill put it in lame mans terms..
Front right carb slider with needle attatched moves up when i open throttle (engine running) and down when i release.

Back right slider with needle dosen't move at all, engine running at tickover and max throttle, is the back right supposed to move? im 99% sure it should.

Note, i did these tests in neutral in my garage no moving.

Am i right in thinking the carbs need balancing?

what your looking at is the CV slides, which are not throttle operated but vacuum operated. They shouldn't move much when sitting at idle and revving but once your riding they do go up and down quite a bit i'm told. My CB-1 has CV carbs and they hardly moved at all, I think they only work properly when the air box is on.

Balancing is only needed when the tickover or idle speed in other words is lumpy, ie the tacho jumps up and down in revs.

wasn't too bad about 1cm, dad fixed it with some spray thats designed to protect wiring and such its basicly rubber spray, just tested it and it goes well

Judging by the power now its been fucked since i got it.
