Remember kids, bikes aren't like lego. You can't easily take a part from one bike and then fit it to another.

We had a Super-hero live with us for 13 years!

NOODLES THE DESTRUCTO CAT Thumbs Up Smile

If you needed your newspapers or magazines or socks or pants shredding, Destructo-Cat was always on hand to help Smile
Curtains and blinds meant nothing to him.

Ears, fingers, and toes were a daily challenge Shocked

God I miss that silly old bugger, RIP my little friend Sad

I have made a ninja-superhero comic up from a selection of different pictures taken by drake at the northern-bbq this weekend.

Enjoy.

Note, I've made captions using ninja-writing.

He got a load more I could make up into another series if wanted.

Whilst still at secondary school, I came up with the following cartoon character:

Fliddy the thalidomite superhero.

Whilst not being born a true 'thalidomide baby', at an early age Fliddy had suffered the misfortune of having his limbs removed in a terrible accident when a passing helicopter dropped its cargo of radioactive anvils by mistake.
Although the falling anvils severed his arms and legs, their radioactive nature gave Fliddy incredible super powers (flight, laser vision etc)and the desire to fight injustice wherever he found it.

Fliddy was a really easy character to draw, basically he was just a masked head on top of a caped torso with little nubs for arms and legs, and a great big 'F' on his chest.
For some unknown reason, I decided his speech would be peppered with obscenity and written in a 'comedy' Geordie accent.

I offered to supply Fliddy comic strips for the school magazine, but they seemed to think my character was 'highly inappropriate and very offensive'.

This country, some people.
