Maybe when you go to see it, it will have been sold and they will try and sell you something else?

It's "cheap" because there is no chance in hell I would pay nearly 4k for an XJR and I presume that other people are the same.

You can get a decent condition older XJR for 2k

No idea why its that price... Looks tidy enough ... like new nearly Thinking

Precisely this. It's a classic wheeze, "Oh, sorry we've just sold that one, but we've got a few similar ones, just a little older / more expensive, drop by and see."

Christ I've had that done many times. It seems to be spreading into job agencies as well. Oh sorry somebdoy was already hired about 2 seconds before you applied, But I have these totally irrelevant positions for you and I always want your details so I can sell them to marketting companies....
