Hi

Plenty of places around that can respray bikes, but the costs vary. Normal gamma just had a fairly simple colour scheme from memory so should be fairly easy to get that done if you can supply the stickers.

For the stickers try someone like Sunrise Graphics.

All the best

Keith

Thanks, It's the white & blue with a stripe on tank & a pink bit on the tail bit.. Is it possible to template off a bike that's got them on?

Hi

That is possible. Problem is finding a bike with the graphics in good original condition.

Sunrise do a lot of graphics for older bikes and might well already have a pattern for them.

There are other people who do the graphics as well, but can't remember their names off the top of my head. With luck someone will already have a pattern for them though.

All the best

Keith

If you want it to look original I'd check that pink bit on the tail - a mate had one and I don't remember that... could be wrong though.

It's 1992 model that's has this pink or red on the tail. Some have some don't, I think theirs also so some flashes of it on the front nose cone...

Since the eBay link below shows one, is it the same colour scheme as this?

Hi

Not such a simple colour scheme. I thought you meant the 1980s model.

Not sure whereabouts you are, but there are probably some local bods who can do resprays. However the big national companies will not be cheap (50% of the bike aboves buy it now price wouldn't be that high).

All the best

Keith

I'm in west yorkshire i've seen a few but miles anyway

Cheers kev

Hi

Possibly, but probably not a massive difference in price from the larger bike respray specialists. Don't think any of the decals fade on most of the TZR colour schemes which might make those easier to source.

Do you have much experience on a bike? Is this for your first bike? If so please don't take it the wrong way if I point out that you are proposing to spend 50%~100% of the value of the bike on a respray which will be destroyed when you first drop it.

All the best

Keith

Lol very true keith, I had a fizzy when i was 16y with a sixty kit on it! Not exactly a bike with a bit of power and did have a few slides down the road on it..

But yes i know what your saying i will have to be very careful when i get one. I'm not going to be banking it over & slipping clutch on power band ( i dont think) Wink

It is my first 125cc but i think i'll be fine..

Cheers kev

Yes but what we're saying is don't get it sprayed until you've been on two wheels for a while as you're most likely to crash in the beginning, you wouldn't want to blow a chunk of money then have a silly fall like hitting some ice or something eh?

Hi

Getting the bike is fine (and enjoy them). I am just suggesting hanging off respraying it for a bit. Don't necessarily mean about crashing it, but even just getting caught out by the weight and dropping it when getting off.

All the best

Keith
