I suppose your best option will be stick and/or sew a patch over it, might there be a bit of spare material in a pocket or something Angelic

It will be a miracle if rain doesn't seep in but the other bits will be dry. Except the pocket obviously.

If you did find somewhere that could fix it i doubt it would be worth the cost if you wanted a full material-match/repair.

I'd just tightly stitch a waterproof patch over it presuming its not huge.

Pics might help.

You might be able to patch over it using a tent repair patch or similar, depends on the shape and size of the hole, how deep it is and what the jacket is made of.

Many of them rely on a membrane underneath the shell of the jacket to keep the water out. Has it gone through this too? If it hasn't, you'd probably get away with just stitching it or sewing a patch over.

I remember bonding a patch onto my inflatable thermal matress about 10 years ago and it's still airtight. That was a proper therm-a-rest repair kit where you had to apply bonding agent then cure the patch on using heat. It would probably work on a jacket too as long as the fabric texture isn't too rough.

My mates would just wrap loads of gaffer tape round it. Works surprisingly well for a suprisingly long time (years in some cases).

Buy a pristine and incredibly expensive leather jacket from a charity shop for a fiver, slice and sew, as and when bits wear out.

if you can stitch a patch over it then you can cover the stitching with a rubbery glue (eg that uhu stuff from the pound shop) it'll keep it waterproof then Thumbs Up

did it with my waterproof armoured over trousers when I ripped them a year ago, they still keep the water out (I really should buy new ones though)
