Pricks and lowlifes that's all I can say remember a couple of years ago that I was walking past a railway bridge and there were some blocking up a tunnel with sleepers.

Rang the police and fire brigade straight away, never caught them but could of caused a massive crash.

this happened to a good friend of mine in hatfield a couple of years ago. thankfully she was ok, but it took her months to pluck up enough courage to get into a car again. these scum should get the kicking of their lives, have their genitalia cut off, and then be dipped in a vat of salt.
