nsr starting problem

about 2 months ago i had a crash and since then my starter relay started to make a buzzing noise. now my nsr wont crank over and also my battery is naked but it wont bump start either any help thanks

Have you used the bike at all since the crash?

Yes I rode it a couple of times but the relay started to buzz more and more and it just wont bump start

Well the buzzing is a sign of a battery dieing. A new battery may well solve the starting problems. Get a new plug while your at it, and give the ht lead and plug cap a spray of WD40.

Yeah if the battery is dead then even though the alternator is providing a charge, it is being absorbed by the dead battery so the coil isn't receiving enough power to generate a spark. Get a new battery and it will be fine. Thumbs Up

I would buy one new from your local bike dealer/workshop. They should be about £30. Thumbs Up
