My bike unfortunately has a very dim stock HS1 12v 35w/35w bulb. i've been told it's hard to see me in the distance and not being able to see more than 30 mtres ahead it's becoming a bit of a concern to me.

Can i use these bulbs instead?

Without having to do any conversions or electrical tampering, just a straight swap is what im looking for and a bit more light on these dark nights.

Thanks in advance.

They don't specify they are brighter than standard; just whiter.
Possible that because they partly seem to achieve this with a tint, they are darker than standard actually!

If I had the cash, I'd go for a HID kit. It is a little work, but not a massive amount and will make a big difference (ie from a proper 55w to a 35w HID it makes a decent difference!).
