So relieved - and no minors! Strictly speaking, I got no minors 2 weeks ago, just one effing major.
I got in on a cancellation and rode out to St Helens in horrendous weather and traffic. Lots of filtering behind my instructor to get there on time. Locked the back brake for a second on a white line, stalled the bike a couple of times. Otherwise, a good ride. Rolling Eyes
Found the MMA to be relatively dry and my nerves weren't too bad. After my ridiculous foot-dab two weeks ago, I had 30mins this morning practicing the slalom in the car park of the training school and made sure to keep doing it from a stopped position, with all the checks etc. I was feeling alot happier than a fortnight ago and more confident. On the test, deep breath and relax of the shoulders before starting the slalom/figure 8 got me through it. I had to go around the last yellow cone on the second 8. U-turn with two feet to spare thanks to CaptainCrashIdaho on you-tube, good speed on the e-stop and swerve (52 and 57). I was a bit leary of the e-stop since it was a bit moist, but it was fine.
I am so relieved that I will never have to do that again. Roll on the module 2, then my yellow V will finally get released from her shackles and get to purr.
Cannot wait. Very Happy
