Anyone know where to get any fibre reeds from for a '79 Suzuki X7?

I know M&P do them, but i try to avoid using them if possible.

It currently has the standard metal reeds, but suffers from poor idling and no matter what i do to it, itll always bog down and die unless the idle is cranked up to 1600rpm. Been as i need to rebuild the top end again due to a failing small end, i thought i might try some fibre reeds...

Ta in advance.

Cheers for the reply.

It had a problem with the reeds when i got the bike, bike would run but needed throttle. Tore it apart and the reeds weren't attached to the cages, but just lying at different angles!

Thought this may of damaged them somehow and this was POSSIBLY contributing to the low idling issues.

But then it could just be the jetting. It will not idle on the choke either, even from cold. Fires up, then dies. Need to keep tweaking the throttle slightly to keep it running. Once warm and off the choke, it will idle, but only at 1500ish rpm...
