Honda bros 400 bogs down at low rpm, fine past 5000rpm FIXED

so the bros is playing up again.
been doing it past few days but getting worse.

pulling away it hates it and just bogs down and pulls off soo slow, gets past 5000rpm and its fine.

Yesterday i had to ride about 2 miles with the choke on full to get revs up high and no throttle just to move, as soon as i opened throttle with choke or no choke it died.

checked and changed all 4 plugs
compression test is fine.
diaphragms working fine.
can't find any air leaks yet.

Doing a complete carb overhaul today aswell as checking the choke cable.

Anyone got any ideas?

check the tank vent isn't blocked. ride with the cap open and see what happens.

But mostly by what you have said sounds like a carb problem. check fuel filter and fuel pump is working
