I have recently bought a 05 veradero, the previous owner had changed the front brake pads prior to selling it to me.He had taken it out once or twice and told me that the brakes stick abit but he claimed they just need wearing in.After dong about 100 miles on it I noticed they were still sticking before a ride but are fine after the ride...this has left me totaly confused any ideas of what I could do to sort it would be very much appretiated.

.
Hi

It may be muck in the hydraulics that is stopping the pistons returning properly and keeping the system slightly pressurised.

Possibly the calliper slider pins need a bit of high temperature grease along the sides. Take the callipers off and see if the pins move freely enough - check the pads are as new as claimed too.
