I mentioned this in another thread, but I want some feedback about this luggage system.
I have a Street triple r which is a bugger to strap anything to the tail end without scratching the paint or melting stuff on the exhaust pipe.
I've looked at the Ventura system and while it looks good kit, it's bloody expensive for soft luggage. If I get the full kit, racks, 2 different size bags and grab rail I won't have much change from £500
There hasn't been any on ebay for the street triple so Im going to have to bite the bullet and go new if I get it, so whats it like? Is it worth the money or does anyone have any alternatives to suggest. I don't want anything permanent on the bike like a hard luggage set but I hate tank bags as well, and thats the only option at the moment.
Cheers chaps! ____________________ Triumph Trophy Launch Edition |

I used this on my Fireblade, i managed to borrow the bag itself from a friend and only had to buy the rack itself, made it a much cheaper proposition.
When i sold the rack on after the trip it sold on ebay for 10 quid less than retail as they come up so rarely.
The kit itself i found brilliant, bag over the pillion seat and tent, sleeping bag on the rack part.
really easy on and off, never shifted a jot even on autobahn runs (167 recorded as max on the satnav), and waterproof with the provided cover.
I highly recommend it as a luggage system, even if it is procey...
