Well having got a 125 for my test, i thought i might aswell tidy it up abit for when i sell it on. Firstly, I've set about making a complete new "dash" as mine looks dated, and its bust!

Rev counter is dead, speedo is in KPH and the idiot lights and full thing look like there from 1979 not 1999 (t plate bike)

I've started this thread while im having a coffee and waiting on my fibreglass to go off...

I've gone with a digital bicycle speedo, 5 functions from halfords for £8.75. I went with a wired one over a wireless as im going to put a new fairing on and im not sure if that would block the signal from the wheel to the dash. Im keeping the idiot lights and the gear indicator (needs new sensor) aswell as the mileometer but these will be rehoused in metal tin (i got aftershave in it) and mebe fibreglassed up and painted to finish.

Right, on with pics!

Stripped down (please ignore the cheapo aftershave, its actually alright, although it has possibly the gayest name ever!)

As of ten minutes ago before I fibreglassed 'em up....

well its going together as the crow flys, im happy but one thing nagging me to hell is the cock-eyed turn, high beam and neutral lights.

i think im going to redo it in thome thin (4/6mm ply) and coat it it fibreglass to weatherproof it. but its time to go party now so ill crack on tommorow.

peace out and happy new year to all!

Id check that cycle speeds works first. I used to get interference (like 80 mph at tickover) with mine from the magneto.
